Strategic Agreement Expands RepayMe's Leading Position 
With Real-Time FSA/HRA/HSA Debit Card Technology

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- May. 23, 2006- BenSoft, Inc., a leading provider of automated reimbursement plan software, today announced a joint development agreement with Metavante, enabling an integration with the MBI Benefits Card. Metavante is an industry leader in linking employee benefit accounts, including flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangements (HRA) with a nationally accepted debit card. 

Under the terms of the agreement, BenSoft and Metavante Healthcare Payment Solutions have developed an interface that facilitates information flows between the two companies' systems on a real-time basis. Additionally, BenSoft built a common platform for use with the MBI Benefits Card. As a result, RepayMe participants can be issued a nationally accepted debit card that gives them immediate access to their FSA/HRA/HSA funds at the point of service. Administrators using the integrated RepayMe-MBI Benefits Card solution can eliminate the need for participants' out-of-pocket spending, speed up claims processing, and provide real-time updates to flexible spending account balances.

With a highly scalable architecture, the RepayMe and Metavante Healthcare Payment Solutions integration facilitates faster card issuing, quicker healthcare debit card funds loading and same-day processing and reimbursement for manual/paper-based claims. Additionally, administrators can eliminate or dramatically reduce costs associated with manual account administration. A Web-based interface delivers cost and time savings through real-time access to flexible spending accounts and automation of adjudication and reimbursement tasks.
